The Honaker Virginia CSA Camp

Madia McCloud researched the location of the Honaker Virginia confederate camp in September of 1937. Her main informant was Mr. Moses Hurt. Possibly a relative of Ms Sarah A. "Hurt" Boyd the wife of Isaac L. Boyd. This gives credence to the assumption that the Isaac Boyd referred to in the documents is Isaac Luke Boyd of Gardner Community and Not Isaac N. Boyd who is buried near Hickory Junction.
